Everything, actually! Great Customer Service on the phone prior to appointment; so much communication as the date came around plus the change of schedule which allowed for an earlier time slot. Our cleaner was such a wonderful and professional young man, very impressed with him!! And he called more than once about timing, services,certainty about next moves as there was some cat urine discovered....really love your organization and particularly impressed with both our customer service rep and our cleaner.
