I truly appreciated your 30 day satisfied guarantee service. My carpets are old only I can’t afford to replace them at this time. The look soooo very much better. When I complained about the edges of my carpets to Michael at customer service, he listened and agreed to have another tech come out. Alan was professional, communicated well and after explaining the issue, agreed to do what needed to be done to please me and got right to work. He worked hard and aimed at having me be a satisfied customer. I appreciated being listened to and given the opportunity to make the best effort to satisfy my need. I would give Michael and Alan each 10+++!

When they arrived they went right to work. Staff was very knowledgeable about the product. They explained the product, Thought it was a bit pricey.

While the products and services were great, the two gentlemen that came out to our home were wonderful. They were not pushy salesmen. They were very knowledgeable about their products and answered every question we had. My husband would not stop talked to one of them, which was driving me crazy, and he just continued to engage with my husband, while he worked, and did such an amazing job. Both the experts that were at our home were wonderful and so friendly. They were smiling the entire time and just seemed happy to be working for the company and doing what they were doing. They really believed in their products!

Appointment wasn't that great. I reserved August 1, but they put me down as July 5. I then okayed it since they already sent me tex & had me down. The man that came & did the carpet cleaning was great. Very pleasant & helpful. Great job@
