My technician Fletcher was absolutely fantastic. He went over every aspect of my Zerorez cleaning of my carpet in my apartment. He was thorough and able to answer any and all questions, as well as letting me know what was needed.
Definitely a technician that is an asset of Zerorez in my opinion, for how many people/workers care fully about what they do and how they treat people.
Fletcher surpassed other technicians that I've had from Zerorez in the past.
I'm hoping that when March of 2023 comes, that Fletcher will be my technician again.

He was friendly and courteous from the first call from him, through the rest of the services provided. My carpet was on desperate need of cleaning, since I hadn't had it cleaned since COVD19 started.
My carpet came out spectacular, and I couldn't be anymore happy than I am.
He really did a great job on a carpet that was in need.
I honestly thought that it would of taken 2 times to remove what he was able to remove.

You're probably thinking that all of your Zerorez technicians are as good as Fletcher was and is. And maybe most are close to what Fletcher brings to your company name and services. But he truly is a step above and beyond any of my prior technicians.
