I was very satisfied with the work that was done. Josh got rid of a paint stain that had been there for a few years and no one else was able to get rid of it. He was very thorough and was done in about an hour. Everything looks great!
Tyler went above and beyond and he made our carpets look brand new. Corner guards. Roll out matt, Door seal, a brush pro I think he called it. Caution of walls and flooring. he let me know what to expect. Did not upsell anything. He gave me the “wow” experience. So nice and thoughtful. It feels like he turned into mr incredible while cleaning my home today. Amazing human. He deserves every cent. I tipped and he said keep it. That’s when I knew he was a true professional and kind gentleman. I now understand that Zerorez and Tyler made me love my home and carpet all over again. I slipped a $20 in his van. Everybody who did a perfect job in my home deserves it.
