The carpet cleaner, who came to my rental, was very detailed about what to expect, how to quickly dry carpet, how to keep stains from wicking etc.

I had a commercial space that had never had its carpets cleaned before steam cleaned. It turned out wonderful and much better than anyone expected.

All around a great experience. I now plan to have Zerorez come out to my facility yearly to steam clean my carpets.

The two gentlemen were very good at the job, my previous experience in May 2022 was so unfulfilled that I sent the technician down the road and did not engage the Zerorez service
