Hot water extraction without additives. Our technician called to confirm appointment time and arrived on time. He was informative, knowledgeable, explained the procedure and answered any questions. He was very pleasant and protected our premise. I certainly would recommend Zerorez.

Dylan, my friendly service rep/cleaner, was great. He gave me some additional helpful hints around carpet care and cleaning. In 45 min. all was done on a mid afternoon and the next morning the carpet was dry and looking good.
