Carpet looks very good for being an old carpet. The the technician was efficient and polite. He explained everything very well. Worked fast, did an excellent job. Did not pressure, but, offered extra treatments if wanted. Cleaned up. Was pleased with all aspects.

No chemicals and friendly service

Justin was great! I had used Resolve spot cleaner in a misguided attempt to clean up spots on my carpet, and so after he initially cleaned the carpets, yellow spots appeared where the Resolve had come up out of the carpet pad. When I called Zerorez to ask why my carpet looked worse than it did before the cleaning, you promptly set up another service appointment to come take a look. Justin came back, diagnosed the problem, and cleaned those spots again to try to get the Resolve and the dirt out. He also took the terrible Resolve away, and gave me a bottle of Zerorez spot remover to use instead. I'm so grateful! Justin was kind, polite, and generous.

Always prompt to get service done. The staff are very knowledgeable on what needs to be done to get the carpets looking new again.

Curtious and informative technicians

I had to have someone come back out because the first visit didn't do a good job. We called because the dog vomited on the living room carpet. First visit recommended level 1 treatment, was pretty sure it would work. It didn't.

The second guy, Mandel was his name I think, looked at it. Offered to do level 1 again. Asked how the previous visit treated it. Told him I didn't know because the left them to their devices and went back upstairs. Mandel did his work quickly mentioned that he did the level 1 again, paid extra attention to the stains, and used a brush of some kind. He showed me the dog hair he pulled up. He said he was surprised to see if because if the previous visit did the same thing he shouldn't have pulled up as much as he did.

10 out of 10 for Mandel. 4/10 for previous appointment which is concerning because there were two guys, one was a trainee. Give Mandel a raise and bonus.

I have my carpets cleaned several times a year by Zerorez, but this time was by far the most thorough, best cleaning I've had - an outstanding experience.
