What a pleasant surprise I received after Tyler Forcemund (sp) cleaned my 28 year old , dog stained carpet. When he finished, my carpet looked spanking new, spots gone and smelling fresh and clean. i am so very happy with the results!

We had our carpet cleaned at home and our area rug cleaned at the Zerorez facility. Both turned out great, and I love that the products are toxic-free and odorless! Staff was very professional and took time to go over questions about carpet cleaning and other services. Area rug was delivered and put in place with care.
