It was my first time using Zerorez last week- had my family room, living room and two hallways cleaned. James was knowledgeable, profes.sional, respectful, and friendly. He took his time, was efficient and even wored my furniture without being annoyed to go out to his truck multiple times to get the styrofoam blocks. He mentioned to turn on the fan of my air conditioner to help dry the carpets, wish I never would have known without him prompting. Before starting the job, he looked over the carpets and didn’t make any promises about getting any high traffic areas looking new. I was amazed at how great the carpets came out!! A spot on my family room carpet had been there for yours and that even came out❗️ James is an excellent representative of Zerorez- I hope that he is being compensated well❗️🙏🏼

David from Zerorez called me when he was 15 min out from my house. When he got here I showed him our carpet and he gave me a quote on the extra areas I needed done. When I booked my appt I was advised that this would occur. He explained all the costs very well. He also took me thru the cleaning process step by step and answered all my questions. I knew what he was doing, what to expect, and the drying time estimate.
He was excellent and I felt he did a great job . We have had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez several times in the past and I feel confident with their service.
