Blaise was an absolute joy to work with! He’s very kind, professional, welcoming and knowledgeable. Blaise has outstanding customer service and did a wonderful job quickly cleaning our 5 bedrooms that were in much need of carpet cleaning! I will confidently and happily refer Zerorez and Blaise’s services to friends, family, coworkers, anyone who is looking for great service, Zerorez is where it’s at and if you get Blaise as your tech, that’s a bonus!!!! Tech was friendly and professional. Got all stains lifted off carpet and stairs. One area that still had some crusty residue from milk spill but definitely improved. Will continue to use ZEROREZ.
