I has my carpets and air ducts cleaned before moving into my new home. I am so greatful I had that done!! Seeing the gross stuff in my vents and then seeing how clean they were was amazing. I have never had anything like this before and am so glad I tried it out. I will never move into a new place without having it fully cleaned ever again. It changed the whole smell of the house from stale air to fresh. I just love it. If you are on the fence just do it, you will not regret it.
Services were timely and well done, except for the little crushable, white, chunks they put under the sofa feet. The are very difficult to take off in one piece. They break up too easily!

Our office carpet is 10 years old and this is the second time we've had ZeroRez come out and clean.
