Technician was great & came in a timely manner. A return trip was necessary for a stain & it was remedied satisfactorily.

I was devasted when I bought my new house and realized my carpet was heavily soiled by the previous owners dog. Zerorez saved the day and got out every single stain.and the house is smelling clean & fresh and was sanitized. I highly recommend them to everyone.
