It was easy to schedule online and we weren’t pressured into add ons. The techs did a good job and let us know they weren’t licensed to clean our dryer vent.
The two things that could be improved on are:
1. Be more clear that the 8-11 window means they could arrive between that time. I interpreted the original message to mean they’d be there at 8 and leave by 11.
2. The tack material that was on one of our vents pulled off drywall when it was removed. I haven’t fully inspected the other vents yet but now we’ll have to repair it.

I’ve had other Zerorez techs out over the last few years — Marshawn has been the best one. Marshawn was very polite, professional and was able to remove basically all the stains my 3 little kids made on our carpet and couch over the last year (it was a lot). I was ready to get rid of our stained couch and Marshawn made it look good again — 5 stars to Marshawn.
