The ease of scheduling an appointment and getting one! My scheduled appointment day I was called to say that they had several cancellations and wanted to know if they could come early which was great! When they arrived they introduced themselves, asked questions, explained the process to me and were off to clean my carpets. After they were done cleaning they asked me to look in the rooms to see if there were any areas that were missed and if I was pleased with the job. Great crew Rcik and Nick, friendly and helpful - great job!

Your service techs are able t come at times that fit my schedule. They also evaluate what I'm asking them to clean, and are willing to provide some services for free, such as cleaning a couple small braided area rugs.
