I chose Zerorez because I wanted the best pet-safe carpet cleaning service. Dylan, the Zerorez representative, explained the process, which was done quickly. The carpet looked great, stains were gone and there were no chemical smells.
Justin arrived on time, clearly explained the process and optional add-ons. He was very thorough and worked had to remove the stains we had. I need to have my office cleaned soon and would like to request Justin for that job, he’s awesome!
I like that the guy who came out Allen / Alan not sure on spelling lol. He was super honest / respectful and I appreciate that from a business. He let me know everything that was going on and what he was doing and why as well. I’d recommend him or love to have him again to clean carpets :)

I like that Zerorez does not use soaps in the carpet cleaning solution. The carpet looked clean and fresh afterwards and every spot was gone!!!
