The technician that came out (Mandel) was such a knowledgeable, helpful and hardworking person. He took time to explain things and made sure I knew the process and how to care for my floors. The customer experience is key and the technician can make or break it so do what you can to keep Mandel. :)

Our Service Rep was informative and very knowledgeable. We all seem to think it is as simple as putting soapy water down and sucking it up. I learned from Mandel that there is a lot more to it. We are so happy with the results, and we will be asking for Mandel on our next cleaning.
