We like your cleaning, but the communication leading up to the cleaning was either confusing or non-existent. I asked for a cleaning and the rep scheduled me first for an estimate. And then changed it to a cleaning appointment. I asked for an afternoon appointment and never received a confirmation. I sent 2-3 emails and called in several times leaving I believe 1-2 voicemails. I never received an email or call back. We never received a communication 24-48 hours prior to our cleaning so we didn't know if we were actually scheduled or not. On the morning of our assumed appointment I called in and FINALLY got a hold of someone and was told we had a 4-7pm window for arrival/cleaning.

We had Fletcher for a service technician. He was very professional and did an excellent job. Even though it was the Friday at the beginning of Labor Day weekend, Fletcher spent extra time to make sure he did all he could to extract deep dirt and stains. Definitely a 10 for service and quality.

Good communication and efficient
My technician Fletcher was absolutely fantastic. He went over every aspect of my Zerorez cleaning of my carpet in my apartment. He was thorough and able to answer any and all questions, as well as letting me know what was needed.
Definitely a technician that is an asset of Zerorez in my opinion, for how many people/workers care fully about what they do and how they treat people.
Fletcher surpassed other technicians that I've had from Zerorez in the past.
I'm hoping that when March of 2023 comes, that Fletcher will be my technician again.

You're probably thinking that all of your Zerorez technicians are as good as Fletcher was and is. And maybe most are close to what Fletcher brings to your company name and services. But he truly is a step above and beyond any of my prior technicians.
