The technicians who came to my house were so friendly and kind, and really made me feel like I was an important customer. I felt that they really wanted me to be happy with how clean my carpet was. The service I received was very professional. He arrived at exactly the time scheduled, he was kind and considerate when explaining services provided and promptly went to work. The carpets and rugs were beautifully cleaned and look like new. The carpets are soft and there was no annoying odor at all. I am very happy with this carpet cleaning service.

The gentleman was on time and very professional. He assessed the areas to be cleaned and we discussed any concerns prior to him starting. We went about his work and then we discussed the outcome after. Great representation of your company and happy to have had him in our home.

I feel that Bentley who scheduled, Connor who did the cleaning, Diane who set up stretching, and Brian who did the stretching, are ALL TOP MOTCH. They all deserve a $50 gift card to Red Lobster or the restaurant of their choice and 2 days off with pay (1 day off before dinner and the 2nd for after dinner).
