We have a new puppy, and our carpet can get really bad off, so Zerorez is a remedy to the dirt she tracks in. So grateful for their prompt scheduling and making our living area look great!

Everything! I had a wonderful experience! My cleaner was right on time at 8 am, did a beyond fabulous job and completed the appointment in an hour! The carpet was almost dry within only 12 hours. I would recommend them highly!

Very good , explains all the steps. Friendly, personally, relatable, and got the job done in a timely manner!!
We had coffee stains from my parents who are 96 & 97.
Spilling from there walkers!!
Coffee is a hard stain and especially if it is left tooooo long and not wiped up right away .( which it wasn't!!)

The stain was delt with, and it looks 👌

The carpet installation was a quality product and the installers were quick. The rooms that had existing carpet were cleaned to look brand new. The technician was informative and helpful.

You responded to request for quote very quickly (which is a rare ocurrence these days), arrived on schedule and completed all work as quoted. Person scheduling work was super nice and explained everything in detail. The 2 people doing the work were also super nice and helped move a couple of items I was not able to move away from vents myself and returned them to their places when work was complete.

Love our technician was able to get several stains out of the carpet! It really looks beautiful! No odors ! I sm very pleased with the results! Our technician was very conscientious! I prefer not to have my name used for advertising!

The team that Zerorezed my new home was professional, courteous & efficient. Mark checked the air to air exchanger & cleaned that too. The previous owners had multiple long haired cats plus 2 large dogs - hair everywhere. The system had not been cleaned in recent history. It is now a pleasure to come into a clean, healthy home.
