Dylan, my friendly service rep/cleaner, was great. He gave me some additional helpful hints around carpet care and cleaning. In 45 min. all was done on a mid afternoon and the next morning the carpet was dry and looking good.

Tech explained everything well, understood our challenges and made appropriate recommendations, (without being pushy) and did a great job cleaning our carpets and sectional!

Anthony was very professional in his service to us. He was very upfront about what we could expect in results in the cleaning of our carpet. We did have stains (one in particular) that I had hope to have removed. He told me why the pet stain wouldn't be removed and I now understand the reason for this. I just wish that and other stains could be removed but that wasn't the case.

The living room was quite large and it now smells so clean and is much brighter. The bedroom carpet did not have stain issues and it looks so good now.

I have always had a good experience with your carpet cleaning. Disappointed that you discontinued the powdered spot cleaner. I like that the carpets dry so quickly fire being cleaned.
