Looked like the stairs came pretty clean, it is worn. The person who cleaned told me what to expect. I have not seen it dry as we are in process of moving, I left when he was finished. I don't remember his name, I know it was Hispanic. Very friendly, helpful. efficient. Would definitely be happy to see him again.

Great communication from technician! We bought a new house and previous owners had a large dog, which my husband is extremely allergic to. Ducts had a lot of dog hair and dander. They cleaned them out fast and treated them. My husband had been breathing great with no issues. Thanks for helping us enjoy our new home!!

Carpets look new again

We were desperate after a BLACK oil-based spray paint ended up well over the wheat berber carpet coverings we had put down in our lower level. It was like a gray mist had attacked the floor. The cost to replace this very large carpeted family area would have cost thousands. After a conversation with ZEROREZ, they sent out Chris to assess the damage and to see what, if anything, could be done.

Not only was Chris timely and professional, he got down to work and used manual pressure to see if this paint (now dried for several days) could be removed. He was optimistic he could get the results we were looking for. After about 90 minutes, our carpet looked like new with no signs of the overspray.

Thank you so much for the professionalism we experienced but the effort Christ put into making a potential disaster look like new again. We will only use ZEROREZ in both our Minnesota and Arizona homes.

Our carpets always look GREAT for quit a while and when we get them cleaned again, we're back to great again! A good out come!!
