When I booked my appt I was advised that this would occur. He explained all the costs very well. He also took me thru the cleaning process step by step and answered all my questions. I knew what he was doing, what to expect, and the drying time estimate.
He was excellent and I felt he did a great job . We have had our carpets cleaned by Zerorez several times in the past and I feel confident with their service.
