I wanted to write a review for your employee, Cuavante Rosalez. Cuavante had such great customer service and quality care for the services he provided November 18th for my family’s home. He was very knowledgeable about the services he offered and thoroughly explained all details of the services.
I was recently in an accident and broke my patella which needed surgery, the week prior to our cleaning appointment. He was patient while I walked very slow to show him the areas of my home and genuinely cared and showed extra attention to making sure I’d be safe on the slippery spots as I am still using crutches. Cuavante’s soft tone and gentle demeanor helped ease my anxiety and also my child’s worries about having a stranger come to our home.
I hope this message gets to someone who can make sure Cuavante gets recognition for his outstanding work and detail to his work. Thank you so much.

We had Mandal do our whole house carpet cleaning. We get our carpet cleaned about once a year, and have used ZeroRez for the past probly 15 years or more.
Mandal was by far our favorite tech. He was friendly right from the first "heads up" phone call. He was wonderful in our home, with our dog Darwin, and making sure he did the very best job possible. He was efficient and did a wonderful job as ZR always does.
Its folks like him that keep us coming back year after year to ZR.

We have been contracting once or twice a year with Zerorez for about 7 years for carpet cleaning. The staff has always been friendly and efficient. Our carpet always look and smell great. Some of our carpeting is nearly 40 years old and with Zerorez care it still looks almost new. I love the spot treatment they provide to work on stains between visits. Thank you Zerorez!
