This is not the first time that my wife and I used Zerorez. We have tried other carpet cleaning companies and that do not compare. With Zerorez our carpet is cleaner and the drying time is much shorter. Also when talking with their technicians all of them have stated that they enjoy their job and the Zerorez company. The technicians took precautions to ensure that no damage was done to the wall corners by long hoses.

Fantastic experience. Arrived early and did a great job. Talked me through the options of treating some problem areas and gave realistic expectations of how it would turn out. Very friendly and after he finished spent the time explaining what he did and how long each area would take to dry.
