On time, reviewed the original service quote, which was modified and explained the kitchen floor tile service. We had carpet, 2 short sets of stairs and the kitchen floor cleaned. The service was completed in about 2 hours.

We were happy with the quick response time to our inquiry. We thought there might be a bit of a wait before we would be able to get on the schedule, but we had our carpets cleaned less than week from when we reached out to Zerorez! Everything went really smoothly the day of our appointment. Our technician was helpful, and he was done in an hour. The carpets turned out great, and we're really happy that we used Zerorez. We'll definitely be using them again!

Scheduling was easy. Caelin called to let me know when he would arrive within the stated timeframe. He fully explained the process and what I could expect. My biggest concerns were a couple of areas where the cat had stained the carpeting. The spots are now much less obvious. Not gone 100%, but I think I am. partially to blame for that b/c I tried to tackle the stains myself before seeking help from somebody who knows what he is doing. I plan to have more carpeting cleaned, after having some remodeling work done in the coming months . Will definitely use ZEROREZ, and will ask for Caelin by name.
