Mike was FANTASTIC! He arrived when he said he would, explained what he was doing each step of the way and was very personable throughout the entire carpet cleaning experience. He took great care with the equipment, so as not to scratch a wall or anything. This was the first time I’ve used Zerorez, and I will absolutely use you guys again!
