This is the second time I have used Zerorez , have suggested to others to use them. I liked the young man who did the job, very pleasant, had us check the carpet to see if it was acceptable before he put the machine away, there was very little smell when done. Will use this company in the future.

Service technician was great! There were several stains in the carpet that had to be pre-treated, and he took the time to do that, and gave the spots the extra attention needed. He was friendly and courteous, answered my questions, and really seemed to care about doing a great job. I was impressed with the dramatic improvement in my carpet, My sister saw the before and after too, and she was so impressed with how great our carpet turned out, that she is now planning on calling Zerorez to get her carpets cleaned for the holidays too.
