Our technician Art was on time and professional! He took the time to explain how the process was going to work and what we could expect after our cleaning was complete. I appreciate his thoroughness and advice on additional cleaning that would be necessary for odor removal.

The service was wonderful. Our technician took his time to really explain the process, and even kept stopping to show us the progress.

Staff was very friendly, from Gabriella who made the appointment and went through the specials that were being offered , to Ryan, the technician who cleaned the carpets. There were no additional costs from the estimate, nor did the technician haggle with me about needing to add additional costs. The only thing that was somewhat negative, was the carpets were still damp after more than 36 hours.

Christopher is a very kind, respectful professional, and we appreciated how thorough and quickly he did the job.
The carpet seemed to dry quickly, and of course we appreciate how clean it is, that there are no odors, and no residue remaining.
I believe anyone would prefer your service over any other.

On the downside, it was a-little disconcerting to have Christopher arrive two or three hours before the scheduled appointment, because we weren't ready, and had to quickly move furniture which was hard because we're seniors.

Also, the price seemed high, but I didn't compare it with others (who, I'm sure, couldn't have done a better job!)
