We had a less than perfect initial experience with zerorez this time around but it is still a strong recommendation for me. Sometimes it is how folks respond to having made mistakes that shows the real quality of the service and at the end of the day everyone involved from Zerorez was hard-working, courteous and professional. We did need to have folks come out to our house multiple times, which was a pain but they got it done and done correctly.

Had 3 rooms cleaned two stair wells and a hall. Carpet in my hoise is older and wow they did an awesome job. Allnthe ataons dod come up and my carpet looks like new agai .
Dillon was prompt. He called ahead and went over the areas with me when he arrived. My stains are gone and it doesn’t smell like dogs anymore.
Great service, very friendly and knowledgeable staff. Kept home clean, no damage, bumpers on all walls and rugs down, removed shoes. Home smells so much better having clean duct work. Had them bleach the system as well for extra measure. Ive heard Dave Ryan talk them up every day for as long as I can remember and he is right! Would highly recommend!

Very easy to schedule online and always on time. Very courteous and professional. An explanation of treatment options is always explained and pricing ahead of cleaning. Use a couple times a year and also do a great job on area rugs!
