I called to make my appointment and the Zerorez assoiciate on the phone was a real professional. Friendly, efficient and helpful! She was able to schedule a very convenient surprisingly fast and it was scheduled in only a few days at a very convenient day and time.

The follow-up emails and text to confirm my appointment and remind me of the appointment were very timely and helpful.

Most importantly the highlight of the entire experience was our service technician professional from Zerorez that did the cleaning. Skyler was exemplary! He was friendly, timely, worked at a good pace, but not rushed asked good questions and did a great job. He was very respectful and nice and was just a superstar!!! Thanks Skyler - I will try to request you again next year!!!
