Matt was wonderful explaining the process happening for the carpet cleaning. Knowledgeable & did a great job on this 5 yr old apartment carpet. The heaviest traffic patterns are not as noticeable now that carpet dried. The graphite/grease spot was the darkest spot…it’s lightened up .
