It was easy and quick to schedule and reschedule appointments. Customer service was available first call and very helpful. The service providers were very nice and professional.
Complaints:
1) I mentioned a discount when I scheduled the appointments. Rep said it was noted. When I received my invoice the discount was not applied so I had to call a the customer service to have the discount applied. Either the service providers didn't see the note and I didn't know to tell them onsite.
They did a good job and it looks and smells clean in our house after moving in.
Respectful, honest, done in a timely manner and professional yet still personable. Highly recommend!
