Technician Jerry LeCuyer did a great job. He arrived on schedule, was careful setting up his equipment, and very meticulous to ensure all ducts were cleaned thoroughly. He was very knowledgeable and professional from start to finish and I would recommend Jerry to anybody needing their ducts cleaned.

on time. my cleaner had a can do attitude. previous company said they couldn't remove stains and changed my quote to double. my cleaner said he may not be able to remove all stains, but he could make it look a lot better. That was all I wanted to hear.

Good basic cleaning. Gets expensive when you add on carpet protectors and pet treatments. Techs are very polite and good.

This was my first experience with ZeroRez and I was thrilled with the customer service and the work. I was able to schedule online and received a text and call letting me know my technician would be arriving in 20 minutes. Fletcher was great, he explained what he'd be doing. He was able to clean my couch and remove the dirt stain made by my dog within 45 minutes.

They’ve been cleaning my carpets since 2008 and haven’t disappointed me ever. I have never had to have them come back to remove a stubborn stain. Every person who have come here have been very personable and knowledgeable and polite. I would recommend them to everyone!!

The Personal who cleaned our carpet ... did a great job presenting what would be done and asked for our concerns and showed excellent workmanship and courtesy. the carpet dried sooner then expected and looked good.

How aren't chemicals and they are safe for my family. It’s so nice to know I can get a deep clean without toxic chemicals. Also, my technician was AMAZING! Raphael made me feel heard and genuinely seemed to care about doing a great job. He was phenomenal!
