My carpet of course clean, but the technician we had yesterday was bad far the best and my favorite. He was super knowledgeable and quick which is good when you have 4 dogs while still doing an outstanding job!

Quick drying and excellent interaction with technician. We had about 7 spots of dog vomit and only 2 were completely removed after drying. The older carpet and rug still show the stains. Our tech said that he could come back and re-treat the stains and try again but we can't remember his name and we didn't get a card. I love that there are no harsh chemicals in the steaming process. The sealant had an odor but it quickly dissipated. Chris was very professional and easy to work with. Our carpet had ridges after the fact and the customer service was very quick to schedule a resurface appointment. Once the carpet dried the ridges were gone. This is our 3rd time using Zerorez and we would do it again.

We have been using Zerorez for 15 years and they are always very professional, easy to work with and they do an excellent job with eliminating stains and cleaning the carpets overall. I also appreciate that they don't use toxic chemicals for cleaning.

We used your services once before, many years ago. When we were looking for additional rug cleaning, I liked the price transparency on your web site. The prices were acceptable and we already knew your work, so I stopped looking at other sites where I had to wait for a quote.
After getting in contact to drop off the rug, we had regular follow up from Zeroez to see if we had questions, remind us that our rug was ready (we were delayed in picking it up due to illness). Overall, our needs and concerns were anticipated in advance. So often it's the opposite; we have to raise issues and escalate them.
So, finally, great job on cleaning and repairing our rugs. That's the true bottom line, but it's the good interactions with the company that made the biggest impression on me.

A lot of effort was put into getting candle wax out of my carpet by TJ from Zerorez. He didn't think he was going to be able to but he kept working at it and he did get it out. I so appreciated his sticktoitness. It payed off. He did a great job. He takes pride in his work.

I like how respectful and professional the workers are. I always have a successful outcome with zero rez. I'm disappointed that they don't offer the cleaning solvent when the job is done
