Kieran was the most polite, hardworking technician we have had from Zerorez and other technicians who have come to our home. He went right to work, but also had time to answer our questions and have some general conversation with us. I was not aware that Zerorez cleaned grout and sealed grout, so Kieran gave us all the information that we needed plus gave us a small demonstration on a few tiles in our kitchen.
When we decide on the grout and sealer we will definitely ask for Kieran.

Service was outstanding from my original call to the actual appt. Call center man was great as was Josh my tech. Both were very efficient.
However, I asked Josh to ask his supervisor to give me a call. I wanted to give a personal response not this BS! That’s what was great about my experience.
Well I guess I was hoping for to much. Either he didn’t ask or management dropped the ball? Huh, I wonder..
Anyway, what was a great experience turned out to be another let down.
