We got our ducts and two carpets cleaned by zerorez and it was a great experience! The duct cleaners came in and told us they were unable to clean due to a piece of potential asbestos on top of the furnace. They assured us it’s normal in houses a certain age but for our safety we need to get it removed first. They gave us a few people to call to get quotes. I’m very happy they were looking out for us and ready with contacts. They scheduling department was so incredible since we rescheduled and moved appointments around a lot in order to get the asbestos cleared, ducts cleaned first and then the carpets. We are expecting out first child this fall so clean air and clean carpets in the living room and nursery were a must. I would definitely recommend zerorez and use them again! It was very affordable and the teams were so pleasant to work with.
