I love that I don't have to be afraid of my family or pets being exposed to chemicals. The way you clean is so effective without being dangerous to us or the environment. Isaiah did a nice job understanding what our carpets are exposed to, treating them appropriately, then making good recommendations for maintaining my carpets in the future.
