Ted listened carefully to our concerns and examined our carpet which had several areas of tough recent stains. He explained what services you could provide and also explained clearly that it might not completely remove the stains. He told us what to do if the spots reappeared after it dried. He was courteous and professional. He performed his job quickly with the least disruption even though he had to string the hose through the main floor and upstairs. We would welcome him back if we needed other carpets cleaned.

1) The person who scheduled the appointment gave the technician the wrong house number. 2) I asked the person who scheduled the appointment if they send an email with the id/picture and name of technician who would be coming to my house. Thought that she said 'yes', however, that did not happen. 3) The technician was a pleasant man and did a good job.
