Professional technicians, the services usually work well. I am a bit upset that my most recent (and largest) purchase was not done to my liking. Everything looked great and smelled great on the carpet - except the carpeting itself which all pulled up across my floors. The technician noted that it was the carpeting installer and my type of carpeting (which may be accurate) although I have never had this happen before. I have used zerorez at least a half dozen times before. The technician was very professional, knowledgeable and thorough.

Very efficient. Our carpet cleaner was very nice and considerate. He helped us move a couch to get everything cleaned the way we wanted it. He came in, looked over the area, and went right to work. He was very thorough and did a great job.

Clean carpets

crew came in, professional and were conscious about newly painted walls. We were shown how dirty the duct work was. Advised that our basement floor tiles were probably asbestos, nice to know and check. We have used services quite a few times and will continue to do so.

The first techician that was sent out refused to move our sectional even though we had place sliders underneath it and I could move it myself at age 74. This has never been an issue before. Zerorez did send out another technician (Justin) who had no problem with the sofa loveseat and did a terrific job on the carpets and stairs.
