I like the fact that no products are used that would cause an allergy response. I have vocal students who are highly allergic to fragrances and I don't have to worry about that when I use Zerorez.

Your serviceman was straightforward about his assessment and prospects for removing all the existing soil from the location he was called to clean. And, he was correct ... the job was difficult! Much of the staining was impossible to be eradicating altogether, but he did a great job with a difficult task. Couldn't ask for more!
