We had updates as the date got closer. Technician called ahead and was right on time. Explained what he was doing and why. The carpets look great and the sale price was super!

I love that Zerorez has a variety of cleaning options and uses products that are environmentally and pet friendly. We have two dogs, three cats and a kiddo so there was no lack of smells and stains around our home. Daryl was a fantastic person to work with! He called to let us know he would be early (which was fantastic), walked through our home and asked about any problem areas or spots he should focus on, and was very thorough, even getting down the smell our carpet in one area we know there had been cat urine. He and another worker completed our carpets (7 rooms plus hallways) in about an hour and was detailed in letting us know how to ensure our carpets were dry prior to putting all our furniture back. Once dry, our carpets felt and looked a million times better than they had since we moved in. I highly recommend Zerorez and Daryl if you are looking for a great clean!

Al is who came to my house. Was very professional and explained all prices very well, which I appreciated. I was given a quote over the phone that was much less than what I needed to pay because of taxes and service fees. This should really be explained when making an appointment, especially if there is a "3 room special" you are booking. Many of us retired people are on a very fixed income.
That being said, Al did a wonderful job of cleaning and spotting any problem areas I pointed out.
My house looks clean and bright again! Thank you Al !

Your excellent technician took on a 5 year old, never been cleaned carpet and brought it back to its original color. A Bonfe worker left a black stain about 4 feet wide when he took out the old part of the air conditioner from on top the furnace. We’ve lived with this stain for nearly 4 years. He got it completely OUT. A miracle!
The problem was we were the last customers of the day. It was miserably hot. I saw to it he had plenty of water and gave him a couple fresh baked cookies. But he worked so hard, and the carpet was so dirty, it took him twice the time to clean it. At one point, the truck just shut everything down. He went out, did something and it started up again. I think he was on hour 3 of the job, exhausted, wrapped up everything and left. You’ve got a guy with a great work ethic. Hope you keep him and pay him what he’s worth.

Results

I have used Zerorez for years. We had our sons floors cleaned in Forest Lake. We were not satisfied with the cleaning, but they came out a week later and did the floors again. They came out much better. Thank you again for great service.
