The technician and his assistant were very knowledgeable and professional. The clean scent, clean appearance and lack of sticky residual on the carpet was great.

The service person was on time and courteous. The cleaning met our expectations, but he suggested a "scotchguard" type product be applied, since our carpet is old, and that product left the carpet hard rather than supple. I tried to clean up a new spill immediately about one week later, and it certainly did not come out any better than it did before. I would NOT recommend the extra expense for the stain protection product and will never do that again!

this is the second time we used zerorez and this time was better than the first. The cleaner seemed to work the machine harder and we got even better results. No residue.
