Carpets came out better than I had hoped, carpet is over 20 years old, and we were picking out new carpet, now it looks so nice we are going to hold off on that purchase.

That I could move the furniture in so quickly afterwards. The first appt of the day was great. Moe explained things very well and I may try your duct cleaning next Spring. Thanks for the excellent job Moe-my 19 yr old berber carpeted steps look so great- I did not think it was possible for them to come so clean! The rest of the upstairs is great as well but the steps were the most impressive improvement. First name removed

Everything was handled very professionally from making the appointment, to arrival at the time expected, explaining the process, billing and expectations, and a quality job. The white family room carpet that we were thinking needed to be replaced now looks bright and just like new!

I thought you guys did a nice job of scheduling and promptness. The majority of the carpet turned out nice. I did have a couple of soiled areas in which your tech did an upgraded step to try a get the stains out. They appeared to be clean when they left however they did come back. I do not think they are as bad however they seem to have spread out wider that what they started? The tech had mentioned the stain is down into the pad. Wondering if you would know if we replaced the pad if the stains could be permanently removed?

Great job! Technician was friendly and professional. The nicest part was a nice clean smell afterward. There was no soapy or chemical smell. . I'll definitely use ZeroRez again.
