Having, on more than one occasion, walked into my living room to see my then-two year-old son with a sippy-cup full of chocolate milk turned upside down, pouring it onto the carpet and laughing at the "splashies," I wasn't optimistic. Showed up on time did exactly what they said they were going to do.
we purchased the cleaners, the premixed and the powder. at first i thought it was pretty spendy put when you use it and it takes the stain out the first try its worth every penny. the only thing is i live in prescott, wis. and where we have to go for the refill is pretty far away. it would be nice if there was a closer place.
