i have never been so excited about carpet cleaning before. We have used Stanley Steamer for years and have never been so satisfied. We have a dog and when we had Stanley Steamer use the deoderizer it was soooo strong for days and then went back to smelling like a dog! We had you guys deoderize and it smells like a clean house, not perfume and it still smells great!! Your deoderizer is wonderful. We will never change back, Thank you very much Also have to tell you that the service guy was very professional and extremely friendly, would love too have him come back again

The process was very efficient, quick and dried quickly.

I had a lot of pet stains and black mystery stains that all came out. The guy that came to clean the carpet was so very nice and fun to have here.

First of all, the communication of the person who cleaned our carpets. He told us exactly what he was going to do, why, how. He asked us to point out troubled spots, then when the carpets had been cleaned, he showed how stains had been removed. He was thorough, worked quickly, we are very pleased with how our carpets look. We will definitely recommend Zerorex to friends.

The service guy was very friendly and enthusiastic about the empowered water and explained everything as he was gonig along. Very nice guy and was pleasant to deal with.

I appreciated the time that was spent on my carpets. Many companies come in and out within a half and hour. The service man was very upfront with what he was going to do and made sure I was satisfied before he left.

There were spots and/or dirt on my carpet that other carpet cleaners had never been able to get out before. It was so great to see and I am very particular.

The trouble -very dirty areas- were cleaned expertly and I was very pleased with the final result.

My carpet is softer and stays clean much longer when I use Zerorez. My previous carpet cleaner left a soap residue that seemed to attract dirt.
