The Technician (John) was polite and knew his product well. He did a great job on our carpet.
I needed him to come back the next day to take care of a couple of trouble spots and he went out of his way to fit us in at the end of his day when he still had two more houses in the area to service.
There was no odor and our carpet dried in less than 24 hours. Our carpet is 13 years old and had never been cleaned so I was amazed at the results.
