He did a super job especially on the rug in our family room which had not been cleaned in 3 years and took a real beating in that time.
He answered my questions and let me know exactly what he was doing.
I liked the fact that there was no residue left on the rugs after the cleaning like the previous cleaning service I used.
He offered suggestions on how to keep my rugs clean after he was through. He recommended a protection spray for our family room rug. It was up to me to decide. There was no pressure.

I like the fact that there are no chemical residues. It looks and feels clean without a really strong smell!
