Moe was very imformitive. I had areas on that due to the ware and soil on the carpet that we both new would/could come back. Carpet is basicly broken down. House was built in 1995 and it is the original carpet. All!! spots came out so I was extremely happy. Fast friendly service, products appear better since the process seems to be chemical free eventhough the pretreatment solution probably has chemicals in it. I should have asked more about that just out of curiousity. Overall, very happy and am already a repeat customer.

I can't believe how clean our carpet turned out. We were about to pull it all up and start over. We were shocked to see it look like new again. And it felt so clean and smelled amazing!!

I thought the cleaning crew did got my old worn out carpets and chair looking as good as it could.

There were several areas of my beige carpet that were really bad. Like dark, almost black bad. I was sure I was going to have be replaced it but I thought I'd try cleaning it first just to see what would happen. It was amazing! It looks almost brand new and it took less than an hour! Plus I have a 10 month old and know that you use Green products was a huge relief.

The technician was excellent! Very polite, very professional and he did a terrific and very thorough job. Couldn't be more pleased!

Excellant communications between zerorez and me. Tech was very friendly and personable,with a super attitude. All aspects of the job from beginning to end was very professional. I really liked the professionalism of the two cleaners. They answered my questions and gave me more information than the office staff who set the appointment did. I have two dogs and the oil in the carpet was heavy from their coats. They were able to remove the majority of it all. I was very impressed.
