What do you like about our products and services?

ZEROREZ cleaned our carpets, beautifully, without any soap or chemical; just what you claim to do. Joel was polite and efficient.

The true test will be whether or not any dirt or stains reappear in a short time. I'm hopeful that they will not.

I loved how clean my carpet got and all without using chemicals! Amazing! The technicians were on time and very professional. They explained the process completely and answered all of my questions. I would definitely use Zerorez again.

It seems you care about trying to get stains up and also do not saturate the carpet with liquid so it takes a long time to dry

What do you like about our products and services?

I feel that we always get our money's worth and more...I had over-stated the urine
damage and realized that the sofa and chair only needed spot cleaning. The technicans
spoke with the office and let us know that they would clean much more than we had planned,
for the same cost. We recommend Zerorez to anyone. Thanks again

It was fast and the result was a clean and fresh feeling carpet with no residue. We had a path on the stairs that really looked worn and possibly needing replacement. After it was cleaned, it looks new! I don't completely understand what empowered water really is but it works.

Technician was a very personable young man. Our only complaint: not the right tool for tool for cleaning along baseboard edges and doorways. Removal of pet stains and other spots was excellent. Overall he did a very good job.

The service techs were on time, professional and knowledgeable. Both techs explained the process and made recommendations on specific treatments available. Carpets were cleaned in a timely matter with great results.

Supposedly they use a "green" product, orange peel? seem to work out good, wife was happy with the results, thats most important. The guys were professional and answered any questions I had. Thanks guys!

The most important thing I recognized was the two gentlemen that came out to do the job were very professional and that what I would recommend to my friends and family. The cleaning was also great but I do see some marks showing. Thank you for a great experience.
