most important in my estimte is the two gentlemen who did the cleaning. They were kind, generous and very capable of doing a good job. they were honest and informative. As for the cleaning, well we were amazed and happy with the results.

We had not cleaned our carpet in 10 years and had some large stains and our Stairway was horrible, it looks like new now!!

All natural and easy to use. I purchased the grout cleaner for my ceramic tile floor and cleaning the grout was easy and took very little effort. My floor looks brand new!

I thought my carpet was beyond hope. I've used my Bissel machine several times but it's never looked this good after a cleaning.

Patrick came to our house he pretreated and cleaned the 3 rooms explaining to us he wasn't sure if he could get out all the stains, my husband and i were amazed by the work he did almost all stains came out even the ones we thought for sure would not, Patrick was very informable, pleasent, and answered our questions, we have already been telling our family and freinds about Zerorez and wht a wonderful job they did!! Mylan did a great job explaining the process. Our carpets are the cleanest they've ever been. Since we have pets, annual cleanings are a sure thing. Way to go Mylan!!

I espically liked the way my carpet looked when he was all done. I also liked the fresh citrus scent and the fact that he got so much soap and dirt out of my carpet. My one negative comment is that they had me measure all my rooms and then the price changed when the cleaning was done. If a customer measures those measurements should stand. Otherwise change your policy and have the technican measure. NONE of my rooms were the 15x15 that you talked about...they were smaller yet my price was bigger.
