I liked the clean orange smell after the carpet was cleaned. It looked fabulous. Also the technician offered to clean our downstairs hallway at no charge because our upstairs hallway is so short (about 5 feet) he said it really wasn't worth the price for a hallway cleaning. That offer was very unexpected and a pleasant surprise.

I was not home at the time of the cleaning, my daughter was, so I am not sure what products were used. I just know that the carpet looks clean and that you don't use harsh chemicals and that's important because we have a dog. I know the service was on time and that the guy was very nice and courteous to my daughter and to me on the phone. I would recommend Zerorez to friends.

My technician was very professional and knowledgable. This is the second time I have used Zerorez and have been pleased with the results and the service. I will diffenately be using Zerorez in the future and have recommended to friends.

The fresh smell of the solutions that are used on the carpet was a pleasant. I also loved the way my carpet felt on my bare feet after the cleaning. There was a definite difference in the appearance of my carpet after it was cleaned by Zerorez.

natural cleaning w/o use of harsh chemicals

Our technician was extremely professional. He spent time walking through the house with us before he began cleaining to identify any problem spots and made sure we have a final price before cleaning. He answered all of our questions and provided us with spot cleaning tips for the future which I really appreciated. I was also impressed with the quality of the cleaning. My carpet looks fantastic. Our technician made it clear which spots would likely not come out as a result of cleaning and which would. He did not set any false expectations. Even where there is still a light spot on my carpet, it looks so much better!

The empowered water that is used is more eco friendly. Our carpet dried a lot faster than before when we used another company. And, our carpeting was softer after the Zerorez cleaning. The technician was very informative, courteous, and very professional. Thanks, Aaron for a job well done.

Easy and works

No soap residue to attract more dirt.

I have had my carpets cleaned many times by other carpet cleaners (not Zerorez). I have heard for so long on KQ Terri Trane say how amazed she was by the job they do, so I finally decided I would give it a try. I have had stains that other companies have not been able to get out, so what did I have to lose. I was looking at replacing my carpet anyway. The crew showed up on time and where very respectful and courtious. They expained what they would be doing, and got to work. If they had a question, they were very polite. They even treated my two labs so well. When they were done and walked me through I was completely amazed. They got out every stain and my carpet truely looked like new. The orange pop stain that I stared at for years. Gone. All of the gatorade and other things the children spilled gone! I am so satisfied with the job that was done that I am calling to set up and have them do another whole floor in my house. Love my crew and hope to be able to have them come again! I have already been raving to friends and family about the job that was done. Thanks Zerorez for making my dead carpets look new again. I cannot wait to see how the next floor turns out. I have some funky spots needing to be cleaned.

I didn't think there was any hope for my carpet, but since replacing it is out of the question my only option was to have it cleaned. It looks great! The technician was on time, curtious, and fast.
