i liked the empowered water cleaning i didnt like the lack of detail in the corners but it was on a saturday at 5 pm the men were neat and on time

They were courteous, efficient and helpful. They did their job well. Our carpet is about 13 years old and the path is pressed down and soiled. It was brightened up considerably. We had it cleaned professionally twice before, the last time with Zerorez and we asked them back. I hope they are paid well. We lightened up the furniture by emptying our the end tables of books, games and maps. I hope it helped.

how clean and fresh everything looks when your done.
I thought that the service was very professional and that the product was excellent... Two of the three bedrooms cleaned up beautifully, but the third still has a faint odor of feces smell..... i paid an extra $60 for about ten square feet of the enzyme spray so i am disappointed that the one small area is not fresh smelling.....

.. but I'd warn them of the extra costs. My $129 for 3 rooms ended up well over $200 because I added protectant and bought the lifetime carpet & pet cleaners. Maybe be more up front about the extras and their cost. Even at over $200 was still worth it.

The technician was very good. Very courteous, professional and friendly. I don't like the added $14.00 fee. That should be worked into the price.
On time, very freindly and informative about the cleaning procedure and products used. For the two couches and recliner, 2 rooms of carpet and steps, and my 3 rugs it was completed in a reasonalbe amount of time and not that expensive. The job was done excellent. Thank you. I was also informed you clean tile and furnace ducts and will be calling for another appointment.
