Our carpet turns out so well. The guys are so thorough and help with the unfortunate pet stains that cannot be avoided with 4 precious Boston Terriers. Everyone from my first call to schedule the appointment to the technician (Devin N.--the best) to the followup call was friendly, helpful and patient with my questions. Devin spent time explaining every step, potenial follow up which might be needed if all the "spots" didn't come off immediately. He called 15 min , "on my way" , came in did his job and was on his way after we discussed the next visit to do the upper level and encouraged me to consider doing the vents on that visit. Of course, my rugs were like new, thanks somuch.

I guess it's too early to tell but I'm hoping it won't soil easily since they put the protector on it. It didn't get all the stains out but my carpet is 18 yrs old.

That you use only water to clean, no harsh chemicals. You are timely and your staff is conscientious about working in people's homes.
