Thanks again for the wonderful service!The only disappointment was when I scheduled, they said they could be there between 12-4 and when they called the night before they confirmed between 3-6. Which still worked out just fine!

The technician (NICK) was very polite, professional, knowledgeable and informative. Cleaning was phenomenal. Couldn't believe how clean my old carpets came out. Dried in about 10 hours, so not too much down time. If you're going to have your carpets cleaned I would recommend Zerorez over any of the others that I have used.
